Breakfast in 10: Quick bites for busy professionals

Mornings are rushed and the days are busy, but sparing 10 minutes to eat a healthy breakfast can do wonders for your mental sharpness and overall well-being. This Smoothie Bowl recipe courtesy of Bounce Protein Balls is quick and easy, plus contains long-lasting protein to keep you fuelled throughout the morning.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup Greek yogurt
1.4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
1/4 Tsp. pure vanilla extract

PREPARATION
Blend the strawberries, yogurt, one tablespoon of the maple syrup, and the vanilla until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with chopped Bounce Protein Balls, Coconut shavings, pumpkin seeds and any other of your favourite fruit and nuts.
