Since opening to great anticipation back in May this year, Macho Radio Bar has rocked the CityPlace world with its kick ass patio, vintage pinball arcade and fresh takes on Tex-Mex fare.
Mexican-born Chef Guillermo Herbertson stresses the word FRESH when he talks about his food, using as much local produce as possible in his creations,
including this tasty Santa Fe Salad.
